The location and the facilities were good

The room was old and there were ants everywhere

Friendly staff. Very cheap price. This hotel offers excellent value for money, if you can put up with the dated and rather tired infrastructure.

A very old hotel that appears not to have been updated since it was built. The bathrooms definitely need a makeover.

The food was good beside that i didnt like anything

Everything is just very old . Zero maintenance was done since this hotel have opened apparently

The beach,the location and the patisserie in the buffet

The place was so dated and run down the equipment was old ,the TV and air conditioners weren't working,the carpet was extremely dirty and wasn't hoovered during my stay there,the duvet cover had black stains ,the bed sheets weren't changed for 6 days,there was no WIFI in the Rooms and extremely poor one in the lobby which made it look like a busy train station in rush hour full of people trying to catch a bit of signal . it's really a shame because this place could have been a gem with a little bit of TLC,but it looks like the owners really don't care

The food was great most of the time .. the receptionist was friendly and helpful .. the swimming pools are not bad .. the belly dancer was great ..the beach was nice ..

It needs maintenance and renovation.. so old furniture/hotel etc .. the stuff are so bad (the bartenders) they are so rude and always angry nd bad mannered. No internet in the rooms

we enjoyed our stay when it comes to the beach and the variety of activities.

however the air conditioner system was not functioning. sometimes we were eating and literally dripping with sweat

I stay here often, the people are wonderful , location great ..feels like home .

Great hotel staff fantastic food great room big great hotel for family and are very welcoming it a little dated but clean and lots to do I’ve stayed twice now and had a great holiday both times

Old, needs renovation , carpets are very dirty! No soap only one big towel for 2 guests, no daily cleaning , very old furniture.

the location is great, the only good thing about it

the stay was a horror story, from the receptionist who was talking to me like he is doing me a favor to give me a room, going up to room filled with big type of black ants, I like few and went down to inform the reception who was surprised that I'm complaining about such thing, his explanation was that there might be some food from the previous guest where it attracted the ants, I requested him to get the room cleaned, returning after 6 hours to find the room as dirty as it was, I demanded another room, the receptionist was uncertain if the other room will be the same, I was supposed to check and tell him, the second room was dirty with dust and weird marks on the carpet, but better as it has no ants. I was not sure if I can move the bed cover I was scared to see a new level of dirty work, I slept on top of it, I didn't need it as the A/C was hardly working, but the second day I moved it to see and there was dirty weird spots, the other side of the pillow was dirty too. once I used the second room there was a hair on the sink that stayed there till the second day of my stay. the furniture is too old, some doors are broken. internet wifi is available in the lobby only, lucky me im using my own otherwise I'll have to sit on the stairs or weird places like zillion guests to get a signal. in general it was one of the worst stays and hotels I had to experience, the hotel management needs to actually see what's up, the hotel needs huge upgrades

The staff at the bar and in the restaurant were super friendly. Overall, the food was very good. Very good thanks to Mr. Chatti, a very friendly and professional person.

--Staff at the front desk when I checked-in were not very helpful or friendly or professional and at first gave me a bad room with 2 twin beds whereas I booked a double room with a king size bed, then upon my insistence gave me a double room. -- The furniture and TV set in the room is very outdated, the carpet in the room and in the corridors need a face lifting.

We areLibyan family came from UK spent a couple of days in the hotel it was a very good very clean, the rooms were big enough and very clean, the taxi was in front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good
